NEW WEBFORUM:  The new webforums consist of two sections,  one is the standard drug section where we only permit healthcare professionals to ASK questions,  but all can review them.  As with my former webforum,  we have decided to restrict the entry of questions to Healthcare Professionals Only.    Lacation consultants, LLL leaders, physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and other professionals in this field may post a question particularly if it is something new or not well covered in my three books.  For clinical reasons,  we actually prefer that you call the InfantRisk Center so that we can carefully evaluate your individual situation.  We can be reached at (806) 352-2519.

In additon,  we have created a new section, Forums For Mothers With Special Conditions, which is open for all individuals to participate.  This section is for mothers with various syndromes or conditions to meet and discuss breastfeeding or pregnancy issues associated with those conditions.  Please feel free to add your comments and questions as long as they are pertinent to breastfeeding and lactation.

OLD WEBFORUM:   We are introducing a new set of webforums for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers.    For years, I have supported a forum that has grown old and some of the information is dated.

I therefore decided to "close" my old webforum to "new" questions,  but it will remain for you to peruse as long as you understand that some of my answers may require updating with new data that was not available 5 years ago.    However,  much of the data in my old forum is still quite accurate.

Please remember,  anyone can read and peruse the information.  But we urge you to call our center for a more careful evaluation of your individual need.
