  • CoQ10

I took 200mg of CoQ10 one time before seeing the notice to check with a doctor first. I understand it isn’t widely studied, but is it necessary to avoid breastfeeding?

    Good morning,

CoQ10 is naturally occurring in breast milk. While we don't have specific brand research to determine safety, CoQ10 supplements are usually well tolerated with only infrequent, minor side effects. No need to stop nursing
