    Oral Purgative while breastfeeding

    Hello
    I'm going for a colonoscapy in a few months and need to take oral purgatives prior. It is usually dolcolax a few days before, then Pico-Salax the night before. I am wondering if this is passed through breast milk and if it will affect my (3 months by then) baby?

Check it out at the link below. Pico-Salax is an osmotic laxative with a similar safety profile to the other laxatives discussed there.
