I was having some UTI symptoms today and took Azo without thinking at around 11AM. It was 95mg, not max strength. I looked it up and saw it was not supposed to be taking while breastfeeding. I exclusively pump, and milk is not orange or anything. Have not given that milk to infant, who is now 5 weeks old. Should I dump my milk from today?

We do not recommend using Azo often while breastfeeding due to the likelihood of it passing into breast milk. It is riskier for infants less than 4 weeks old. One dose of 95 mg does not require a full 24hr pump and dump. The half life is 7-10 hours - you could avoid nursing for the amount of time if desired, but a one time dose is not likely to cause complications in your infant.
