Looks like there’s no data currently available on Qulipta (daily migraine preventive) and breastfeeding. Any indications as to whether or not it’s safe?

Qulipta safe for breastfeeding?

We do not have data on Qulipta, however, given its size and high protein binding, it is unlikely that much will get into breast milk. Monitor baby for constipation and decreased appetite if you decide to use it. Another option with good data is to try Nurtec which can be used every other day for migraine prevention. We have it as an L2 due to very little transfer into milk. Hope this helps.
