    Both of these medications have a very large molecular weight and are unlikely to get into the milk. While we don't have specific data on Orencia, given its kinetics, I do not expect it to cause infant harm.

    Lupus/RA meds-breastfeeding

    I’m currently pregnant and off of my treatment for Lupus and RA. My doctor will either be putting me back on Orencia or Enbrel after delivery. Are either of these safe while breastfeeding?
