Will it be okay to use qbrexa wipes while nursing and will it hurt my milk supply? My dermatologist said she doesn't know if it would do anything since there isnt research. Said she recommends not to use them due to no research but ultimately its up to me if I want to or not. Most meds dont cross the barrier much to the milk so I am assuming its the same for qbrexa. But sweating their my clothes and changing multiple tines a day in the middle of summer sucks!

It is not likely to be absorbed and reach the bloodstream of the infant, especially when used topically, however, it is possible that long-term use might reduce milk production. We do not expect periodic use to interfere with breastfeeding, but we have no data to confirm this hypothesis. If you do decide to use it, make sure that your baby does not come in contact with the areas that you are using it on.
