I have a 4 month old that I breastfeed. I am at work and took one dose of pepto chewable at 11:20 and will have to pump at 2:30. My dd has a cough but no fever, do I need to pump and dump? Will it be ok to give her this pumped breast milk? How long do I need to wait to feed her? Please help

A one time dose like this is low risk. You can stick to your normal feeding schedule and use the pumped milk from today. There is a theoretical risk of Reye’s syndrome if your baby has a fever, but since your baby is well, the risk is exceedingly low. Hope this helps!
