Hi we do not recommend to breastfeed while taking this. Dicyclomine is rated an L4 Possibly Hazardous. According to Hale's Medications, Following a dose of 20 mg in a lactating woman, a 12-day-old infant reported severe apnea. Do not use in breastfeeding women. We recommend to wait 24 hours after taking it.
