    The half-life of MDMA varies from 7-31 hours, depending on the acidity of your urine. Since you are unsure of the dosage, I would recommend waiting at least 6 days from the time of ingestion to ensure that enough half lives have passed and will not negatively impact your infant. 48 hours is not long enough.

    I took a quarter amount of mdma/ecstasy in a tablet form (unsure of dosage).

    When is it safe to resume breastfeeding? ​​​​​​Is the general rule of waiting 48 hours upon ingestion of the drug or when do I start counting?
