    Hello,
Thanks so much for this service.
I have been prescribed 50mg of Vyvanse for ADHD. I plan to take it at about 8.30 am. I am still (begrudgingly!) feeding my 28 month year old (over 13kgs) at 8pm and at 7.30am. Is this safe?
    Many thanks.

    Hello,

We typically recommend against breastfeeding while taking Vyvanse at this dosage. This is due to potential cardiac effects and delayed growth. Is your 28 month old consuming a lot of milk or nursing for comfort? The schedule that you are proposing would likely eliminate a majority of drug exposure, especially if you are not producing a lot of milk.
