Hi

I am currently breastfeeding my three year old toddler at different times during the day, but mainly at night.

Is it safe for me to change over from Zoloft to Remeron 10 mg, as recomended by the doctor?

Or is Zoloft a safer breastfeeding option?

I have heard that Remeron is very potent.
