  • mirtazapine ( Remeron)

    Hi

I am currently breastfeeding my three year old toddler at different times during the day, but mainly at night.

Is it safe for me to change over from Zoloft to Remeron 10 mg, as recomended by the doctor?

Or is Zoloft a safer breastfeeding option?

I have heard that Remeron is very potent.

    Thank you.

    Nikita:

at 3 years there's little to no risk of either of these two drugs. Remeron induces a bit more sleep and is commonly used as a sleep aid.
