    I'm 36 years old. I'm 6 days postpartum after a traumatic vaginal delivery. I'm back in the hospital via ambulance for a spontaneous coronary artery dissection of the mid-LAD with TIMI-3 flow. My cardiologist performed a cath lab and found 60% blockage or at least that's how I understood it. The cardiologist wants to put me on the following medications and I was wondering if they are safe to take while breastfeeding or if there are safe alternatives. I want to continue breastfeeding and would appreciate any help.

    *metoprolol tartrate 25mg BID
    * entresto 0.5mg BID
    *clopidogrel 75mg q day
    *aspirin 81mg q day
    *farxiga 10mg q day
