Although there are limited data on the transfer of immunoglobulins into milk, we believe that the molecule is too large to enter into the milk compartment in clinically relevant amounts. Therefore milk levels are probably exceedingly low to undetectable and it should also be poorly absorbed by the infants stomach, so the side effects should not transfer to her.
