Permethrin during pregnancy

Mother delivering twins probably tomorrow with scabies on her chest and nipples. Can she do skin to skin? Can she directly breastfeed with scabies on her nipples? The treatment is permethrin. If she can't do skin to skin and breastfeed untreated, can she after she has a permethrin treatment? I understand it is to be wiped off, how long does it need to be on to be treated and then wiped off to do direct breast feeding/skin to skin. Thank you!
