    So even if the botox leaked into the blood stream, it's is too large to get into breast milk? What are the latest findings regards to this? For cosmetic purposes?

    It should be safe to breastfeed after Botox. Botox is almost completely sequestered in the skin and does not even reach the plasma compartment. Also, it is far too large a molecule to enter milk. I'd suggest you wait a few hours, pump and discard the milk after about 4 hours and then return to breastfeeding.
