Hello, I wish to know if dimenhidrinato is safe to use during early pregnancy, I didn't want to take anything else, but even water it's hard for me to hold in, my doctor have me in 400 mg of progesterone a day and he says that's what's casing the nauseas, i need help please.

Dimenhydrinate is rated a P2-benefits likely to exceed risk. There was no evidence of teratogenicity associated with dimenhydrinate use in pregnancy, but as with any medication it should only be used in pregnancy if the benefits to the mother outweigh any potential risk to the fetus.
