  • "SAFEST" OR Prefferrd SSRI in pregnancy

Are any of these SSRI's considered safer than the other in pregnancy-lexapro, zoloft, or prozac? Thankyou

    Mel:

The most commonly used SSRI in pregnancy is Zoloft. OBs generally like this one. However, its most important that you choose one that 'works' for you.

If you've never taken one, then Zoloft is a good first choice. But most of them are probably quite safe to use in pregnancy.
