  • Adderall during pregnancy

I have severe ADHD for which I take 30 mg of Adderall in the morning and an additional 10 mg in the afternoon. This is in addition to a coffee when I wake up. I am not yet pregnant but would like to try to become pregnant in the near future. I cannot function properly without my medication, and I previous pregnancies I was advised to stay on my meds (at the time it was 40 mg of Vyvanse and 300 mg of Wellbutrin) and I found that pregnancy dampened the effectiveness of my medication and exacerbated my ADHD symptoms. Is it safe to continue on my current dosage of Adderall if I do become pregnant?
