High dose corticosteroids may increase the risk of orofacial cleft palate and congenital cataracts.
Infants born of mothers who have received substantial doses of corticosteroids during pregnancy, should be carefully observed for signs of hypoadrenalism.

Since adequate human reproduction studies have not been done with corticosteroids, the use of these drugs in pregnancy, nursing mothers or women of child-bearing potential requires that the possible benefits of the drug be weighed against the potential hazards to the mother and embryo or fetus.

Basically, it probably not too likely that one medrol dosepak will cause any problems. But I think you need to assess the need vs the risk. The topical application in the eye is basically no risk.

    Medrol Dose Pack

I have a flare of scleritis. I have been advised to use a steroid eye drop and a Medrol dose pack. Is the Medrol dose pack safe in pregnancy? I am currently 14 weeks.
