I am wondering what is safe for pregnancy for anxiety. I just found out I am pregnant and am on Xanax PRN for anxiety (I do not consume much- maybe once per week?) and Buspar 30 mg per day. I went to my OB Friday to have bloodwork done, but am awaiting results. In the mean time I don’t want to harm my growing little one.
