Hi everyone--I have SLE and my doctor is changing me from cellcept to imuran because I am hoping to try to get pregnant in a few months. I'm concerned about the potential risk of Imuran on the fetus and am finding really conflicting research on its safety for for the developing fetus, long term effects for the child, and risks of breastfeeding on imuran. Any clarity and good reading material would be much appreciated!
