  • histamine and DAO enzymes

    HI,
I seem to be struggling with high histamine foods. Is there any information on the safety of taking a supplement with DAO enzyme in it? One, for example, would be Histame:

    Serving Size: 1 Capsule

    Vitamin C 10 mg 17% Daily value
Calcium (as calcium carbonate) 100 mg 10%
Diamine Oxidase Enzyme (as porcine kidney protein concentrate pellets) 4000 HDU 0.3 mg

My baby is now 15 months old, so I am sure that makes a difference....but if you could also mention for younger babies or pregnancy too in case I need to continue on?

    Thanks in Advance!!
