I am breastfeeding my 9 month old. I have OCD and was looking into taking inositol to help. From what I’ve read you need to take it at a higher dose (12-18g) to help with OCD. Is inositol safe for breastfeeding? Can it be taken at a higher dose if so? If not safe at a higher dose, what is the recommended highest dose you could take while breastfeeding? Thank you
