    Hi Rena3,
Probably not. The volume of milk at 22 months is quite low, but you may still opt to take a regular adult multivitamin instead.

    Prenatal Vitamin

    Hello,
I am nursing a 22 month old and am wondering if a prenatal vitamin is still necessary. I have always been told if you are nursing take a prenatal. Is this vitamin still necessary when nursing an older toddler?

    Thank you,

    Rena
