    I have had some blood work done and my GP wants me to take the below supplement for medical reasons.

    I would only be taking one tablet per day not two.

    Nursing a 4 YEAR old. Please advise on saftey. Thank you

      Then could I take the recommend two capsules per day? Or is it safer for my 4 year old nursing toddler for me to only take one capsule per day? Thank you!!

        I would not recommend two capsules of this daily. That is running up the daily dose of each of the vitamins into a risky area and both these pass into milk, particularly Vitamin A.
        Vitamin A and Vitamin D both have risks at high doses.

          Ok. So just to confirm, one capsule per day is safe then for me to take whist nursing a 4 year old?

            Yes. One a day is OK. I hope you're not spending too much on this. It's just a typical multi vitamin.
