  • Magnesium Glycinate

    Hi.

Is it safe to take 400 mg Magnesium Glycinate per day whilst breastfeeding a 3 and a half year old infant? I believe that most magnesium isn't well absorbed and so is safe in breastfeeding?

Also Sulphuraphane capsules (it's just concentrated broccoli sprouts). Would this be ok?

    Thanks so much.

    Nikita:

The magnesium product is probably safe, as you suggested, magnesium is poorly absorbed orally.

As for Broccoli, I assume it would be safe. Why not just EAT broccoli rather than take these capsules. I don't know if there are other substances in this preparation, so I can really advise your its safe...
