Hello, is it safe to take Indole-3-carbinol (I3C) supplements 300mg daily while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Who knows, I certainly don't know if its safe or not. This is a compound that is very biologically active. I'd be cautious using it while breastfeeding. its small enough to get into milk. It could suppress estrogen and other hormones...perhaps in a baby girl.
I would not suggest taking this in high levels...
