    Bovine Hide Collagen Peptides

    Hello. Not sure if I'm posting this in the right place. I was looking for a supplement forum. I was wondering if you can help me. I was wondering if taking bovine hide collagen peptides is safe while breastfeeding. Its in powdered form. One brand is called Vital Proteins - ingredients are bovine hide collagen peptides.
    The other brand I would like to know if its safe is Primal Kitchen Collagen Fuel - ingredients are Bovine Collagen Peptides, Coconut Milk Powder*, Organic Fair-Trade Cocoa Powder (Processed with Alkali), Monk Fruit Extract, Konjac Root, Sea Salt.
