    I looked at the app, and it has niacinimide 500mg tablets as l3, likely compatible, with breastfeeding. I just wanted to confirm that this is correct. My baby is 9 months old, but not taking solids and nursing exclusively.

    Niacinamide is rated an L3-no data-probably compatible, but the upper intake level for women is 35mg a day. High doses can be hepatotoxic.
