Hi is anyone familiar with the use of Glutathione supplements while breast feeding? Is it safe? This is a super antioxidant that is helpful in removing toxic metals from the blood. It can also be used to reduce melasma.

ScaredMomma:
Glutathione is an antioxidant that works within the body's cells. I has nothing to do with toxic metals at all, and it would not be helpful if you are worried about toxic metals. It would in no way 'remove' toxic metals from the blood. This is just not possible.
I doubt it would be any use to you at all and I would not recommend its use during breastfeeding.
