    Are these ok to take when nursing a 3 year that nurses twice daily? (Nap and bedtime). Thanks.

    We no not usually recommend the safety of herbal remedies or over the counter supplements. Your child is older and not breastfeeding very often so it is unlikely they would get enough through breast milk to affect them, so in your case it is probably ok.
