Stollnhrt721,
Dr Hale has looked at the Rodan and Fields lash boost before and thought the ingredients looked ok. Nothing stood out as harmful especially when it is applied to such a small area, so we think it would be ok to use while breastfeeding.
Whey protein shakes are probably ok as long as they are used just once a day and they do not contain herbal ingredients as we have do not have safety data on most herbs. Make sure the vitamins are within the 100% daily allowance range. The BCAA's have insufficient reliable information regarding safety while breastfeeding, so we are unable to comment on their safety.
