  • 1x 10mg valium dose for embryo transfer procedure while breastfeeding 21 month old

I am still breastfeeding my 21 month old. I will take a one time dose of valium for an embroy transfer. How long should the wait time be, until I can nurse her again? She nurses 3-5 times a day, while eating a healthy varied diet.

    Grunersi,

A one time dose of valium is probably ok in an older infant, just wait about 3 hours and it will be be past the peak time.
