Readicat is just barium. It is rated an L1-no data-compatible. "It is not absorbed orally; therefore, none will enter the maternal milk compartment or cause harm to a breastfeeding infant. No interruption in breastfeeding is necessary. (Medications and Mothers' Milk database, Dr Thomas Hale PhD).
Omnipaque is rated an L2-limited data-probably compatible. Only 0.49-0.59% of your dose transfers into breast milk. "Based on kinetic data, the American College of Radiology suggests that it is safe for a mother to continue breastfeeding after receiving iodinated X-ray contrast media." (Medications and Mothers' Milk database, Dr Thomas Hale PhD).
