I am having a colonoscopy and was given the prep Prepopik. Is this safe with breastfeeding?

    kimt,

Prepopik is probably ok to use, it is a mixture of medications used as a laxitive to clean out your colon, they are not absorbed well so would have a difficult time entering the milk, but still monitor your infant for diarrhea.
