After months of constant bleeding I am undergoing an endometrial ablation this week and also the Essure procedure where I will have the coils put in my tubes. My OB/Gyn said I have to pump and dump that first time before breastfeeding but he said there would be cramping and I would think that pumping would make it worse.
My baby is going to be one on April 7 and I haven't really pumped cause he won't take a bottle it is only recently when I needed to have him take one he did.He has been started on whole milk a few weeks early to accomadate all this but I plan to keep nursing. Are there certain general anestetics that are safe that I can just nurse him when we are reunited after we pick him up from the sitters?
