I have spinal cord injury and my urologist has scheduled me for bladder botox. Is it safe to do while nursing my baby ?

Scimom:
Botox consists of large molecular weight toxins from the botulism organism. As such they are far too large to enter into the milk compartment. Thus far we've had many mothers use Botox without any reported complications in the infant. So, I'd suggest that you wait a few hours (4) after the injection and if you have no reaction to the Botox injection, then return to breastfeeding.
