I have a pt who was taking Nuvigil for narcolepsy, Adderall and Lexapro. She stopped taking all three during her pregnancy but at 6 days PP is very tearful and suffering from insomnia. (of course a newborn baby might account for some of that!) Her family has a hx of PP Depression. Can you offer a suggestion as to what would be the best course of action with regard to these particular meds. Thanks.
