Qbrexza is also Glycopyrrolate. It is an anticholinergic and is also a quaternary ammonium structure. As such these drugs are poorly absorbed and fail to pass many membranes, such as the breast lactocyte barrier. Thus they enter milk only poorly if at all.
I do not think there is any risk to using this drug while breastfeeding, nor is there any risk of reducing your milk supply.
Observe infant for urinary retention, dry mouth, and dilated pupils. These are really unlikely.
