    Aspirin levels in milk are nil, nothing to worry about. Labetalol levels are low as well, only 0.5% of maternal dose. As for isosorbide, we recommend caution. We don't have any reported levels thus far and i'd suggest some caution with this product. Monitor the infant for Drowsiness, lethargy, pallor, poor feeding and weight gain.

    Isosorbide mononitrate (Imdur)

    I have to start taking Imdur, along with aspirin and labetatol, due to a recent cardiac event. I have a 5 day old son. Is it safe to breastfeed while on Imdur, or while on this combination of medications?
