I work as a NICU lactation nurse. We are looking at establishing a policy regarding illicit drug use and breast pumping. I wanted to know what your recommendations are regarding PCP use and breast pumping. If a mom had used PCP, would we be able to use the milk? How long after last use would we have to pump and dump? I'm not finding very much information regarding PCP and breast milk.
