Hi there, I am a bit confused about the Pepto "rules". So I read the post in 11/2015 about the mom who took one dose and you said to wait 2-3 hours typically but as her child was ill to wait a minimum of 24 hours. I have a 2 year old who will nurse briefly about 1 time a day, so I was going to stop nursing for a few days to see if I can't stop this tummy trouble and Pepto is typically what works for me. I wanted to be able to take a dose a day for a couple days. How long do I wait from the last dose and do I need to pump first? I have read sites that say it has a half-life of 4 hours, others that say 18, and I know here you mentioned the half-life is unknown? Thank you!
