I had a massage earlier today and the massage therapist used bio-freeze spray on my back after the massage. I have a 4 month old and am exclusively pumping. Is the milk I pumped after have the bio-freeze spray applied still safe for my baby?

Hi, thanks for your post.
Bio-freeze is basically menthol. Very little of this is absorbed through the skin and almost none gets into the milk. This substance is non-toxic if swallowed in small quantities. Your milk is just fine.
Please call us at the InfantRisk Center if this has not completely answered your question.*(806)352-2519
