    We have a breastfeeding mother on Sofosbuvir (400 mg) and Velpatasvir (100 mg) for hepatitis C. Please suggest about the breastfeeding management. Thank you very much.

    This combination can be compatible with nursing. Recommend that the pediatrician is on board and monitoring labs on a regular basis if any potential side effects occur.
