  • POsitive TB test, Isoniazid treatment

I have a mom who had a positive TB skin test 2 years ago (negative chest xray), followed by 9 months of Isoniazid treatment. Any reason why her milk would be unsafe?

    Thanks!

    Dear Ingrid,

It is probably safe for the mother to breastfeed.
