    Please can you advised if it is safe to my 21 month old son if I start Gonal F injections and pregnyl whilst breast feeding him once to twice a day

    I don't see any problem with the use of these two agents. Both are normal substances in humans, and the amount of breastmilk you are delivering to you infant is rather minimal at 21 months, so i don't see any problem at all.
