    Domperidone - any side effects for baby

    Hello,

    I'm taking 20mg of domperidone 3 times per day since May 2014 and I was wondering if there are any side effects for my baby on long term.

    Hi, thanks for your post.

    There have been many women over the last decade who have taken domperidone for extended periods without any problems for themselves or their babies. Very rarely, women will experience headaches, abdominal cramping, or menstrual irregularities, but these symptoms are easily reversible.
