I've done some looking at Pubmed, etc, and I cannot find any evidence that domperidone would be contraindicated in a breastfeeding mother with an infant that has maple syrup urine disease.

domperidone and maple urine syndrome
I would be grateful if someone could let me know whether domperidone is safe to use where the baby has maple urine disease and is on closely monitored amounts of protein and so is only being given restricted amounts of expressed breast milk and then a specialised formula.
